Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

The people we serve include individuals with a wide range of disabilities. Accessibility is therefore central to our mission, not an afterthought. We are committed to making TrustFlow usable by everyone, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technologies.

Standard we work toward

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the widely recognized standard for digital accessibility. We treat conformance as an ongoing process and continue to test and improve the platform.

Measures we take

  • Semantic structure with navigation and main-content landmarks, and a “skip to content” link;
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators and full keyboard operability;
  • Labelled form fields associated with their inputs;
  • Color contrast targeted to meet AA, and information never conveyed by color alone;
  • Respect for reduced-motion preferences.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is never “finished.” We are pursuing independent accessibility auditing and assistive-technology testing, and we prioritize fixes as issues are identified.
